Why purchases cannot be refunded

Ranks and other store items are digital content that is supplied to you straight after payment. Once a rank is active you can use its homes, claim blocks and commands at once, and that use cannot be undone or returned. A refund would mean giving back money for something you already had and used.

Your right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery starts, provided you agreed to that beforehand.

Before you can pay, you tick a box confirming that you want delivery to start right away and that you understand your purchase cannot be refunded. By doing so you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the item is delivered.

Age and permission

You must be 18 or older to buy from the store, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms and pays or allows the payment. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before checking out. We cannot refund a purchase because it was made without permission.

When we will help

We will always put things right if the problem is on our side:

• Your item did not arrive. Items are delivered within a few minutes of you being online on the server. If nothing shows up after 24 hours, contact us and we will deliver it manually.
• You were charged twice for the same order because of a technical error. We will refund the duplicate payment.
• You bought for the wrong name. If the item has not been used yet, contact us within 48 hours and we may move it to the correct account. This is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

Bans and removed perks

If you are banned for breaking the rules or the terms of service, you lose access to your purchases and no refund is given. We may change, rebalance or retire perks over time, for example between seasons. This does not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We answer quickly and want to help. A chargeback or payment dispute on a purchase you received leads to a permanent ban from the server and the store for the accounts involved.

Payments are handled by Tebex

The store is run on Tebex. Tebex Limited processes your payment as the reseller of our items, and its own checkout terms apply to the payment as well. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your country.
